研究目的：

1.观察不同剂量的去甲肾上腺素对腰麻后剖宫产低血压的预防作用； 2.观察颈动脉校正血流时间对腰麻后剖宫产低血压的预测作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the preventive effect of different doses of norepinephrine on hypotension during cesarean section after spinal anesthesia; 2. Observe the predictive effect of carotid artery corrected blood flow time on hypotension during cesarean section after spinal anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

用药方案： 对照组:0.4ml·kg -1·h -1静脉滴注+布比卡因1.8ml腰麻 N1组：去甲肾上腺素0.01ug/kg/min+0.4ml·kg -1·h -1静脉滴注+布比卡因1.8ml腰麻 N2组：去甲肾上腺素0.025ug/kg/min+0.4ml·kg -1·h -1静脉滴注+布比卡因1.8ml腰麻 N3组：去甲肾上腺素0.05ug/kg/min+0.4ml·kg -1·h -1静脉滴注+布比卡因1.8ml腰麻 N4组：去甲肾上腺素0.1ug/kg/min+0.4ml·kg -1·h -1静脉滴注+布比卡因1.8ml腰麻

Medication plan: Control group: 0.4ml · kg-1 · h-1 intravenous infusion+1.8ml bupivacaine spinal anesthesia N1 group: epinephrine 0.01ug/kg/min+0.4ml · kg-1 · h-1 intravenous infusion+bupivacaine 1.8ml spinal anesthesia N2 group: Norepinephrine 0.025ug/kg/min+0.4ml · kg-1 · h-1 intravenous infusion+bupivacaine 1.8ml spinal anesthesia N3 group: Norepinephrine 0.05ug/kg/min+0.4ml · kg-1 · h-1 intravenous infusion+bupivacaine 1.8ml spinal anesthesia N4 group: Norepinephrine 0.1ug/kg/min+0.4ml · kg-1 · h-1 intravenous infusion+bupivacaine 1.8ml spinal anesthesia 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并妊娠高血压疾病和妊娠期糖尿病者；②合并严重心、肺功能障碍者；③合并腰硬联合麻醉相关禁忌证者；④中途退出者

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and pregnancy induced diabetes; ② Individuals with severe cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction; ③ Patients with contraindications related to combined lumbar epidural anesthesia; ④ Dropout midway
