研究目的：

本研究旨在探究中医传统功法联合能量限制对超重/肥胖人群慢性低度炎症状态及长效减重的作用机制，为该干预模式在超重/肥胖预防与治疗中的临床应用提供理论依据。具体目标包括：（1）明确联合干预对超重/肥胖人群肠道微生态的调节作用，包括肠道菌群结构及肠道代谢物的变化。（2）评估联合干预对代谢健康相关指标的影响，包括肠黏膜屏障功能、慢性低度炎症状态，以及体重、血压、血糖、血脂、电解质和微量元素等指标。（3）分析肠道菌群、肠道代谢物与代谢健康指标变化之间的相关关系，探讨其在改善慢性低度炎症及促进体重控制中的潜在机制。

Objectives of Study：

The present study aims to investigate the mechanisms by which traditional Chinese health exercises combined with energy restriction improve chronic low-grade inflammation and promote long-term weight loss in overweight and obese individuals, thereby providing an important theoretical basis for the clinical application of this intervention in the prevention and treatment of overweight and obesity. The specific objectives are as follows: (1)To clarify the regulatory effects of the combined intervention on the gut microbiota and intestinal metabolites in overweight and obese individuals. (2)To evaluate the effects of the combined intervention on metabolic health indicators, including intestinal mucosal barrier function, chronic low-grade inflammatory status, body weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, electrolytes, and trace elements. (3)To analyze the correlations among the changes in these indicators, in order to explore the potential mechanisms underlying the improvement of chronic low-grade inflammation and long-term weight control.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近 1 月内服用过影响体重的药物或 1 年内接受过减重手术； 2.过去两个月，各种原因导致体重减轻 5Kg 以上的受试者； 3.因药物、内分泌疾病或其他疾病导致体重增加的继发性肥胖患者； 4.合并严重的肝肾功能障碍或其他严重原发性疾病； 5.肥胖合并高血压、高血脂等慢性病者； 6.各类其它慢性病患者，需长期服药，影响试验结果者； 7.胃肠道疾病患者，及试验前 1 个月使用抗生素、益生元等影响肠道菌群的药物者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have taken drugs that affect weight within the past 1 month or have undergone weight-loss surgery within 1 year; 2.Subjects who lost more than 5Kg in the past two months due to various causes; 3. Patients with secondary obesity who gain weight due to drugs, endocrine diseases or other diseases; 4. Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or other serious primary diseases; 5. Obese patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia; 6. Patients with various other chronic diseases who need to take medication for a long time and affect the test results; 7. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases, and those who used antibiotics, prebiotics and other drugs affecting intestinal flora 1 month before the test;
