研究疾病:

正畸治疗中,部分患者前牙需要进行大量唇舌向移动,正畸治疗前已存在前牙牙槽骨缺损的患者由于前牙软硬组织形态菲薄,在正畸过程中易加重原有的牙槽骨缺陷(骨开窗、骨开裂),在正畸治疗期间和治疗结束后常出现明显的牙龈退缩、牙根暴露和“黑三角”等牙周健康和美学相关问题,影响治疗的效果。  

Target disease:

During orthodontic treatment, some patients need to undergo significant labiolingual movement of the anterior teeth. Patients with pre-existing alveolar bone defects in the anterior teeth, due to the thin morphology of the soft and hard tissues around these teeth, are prone to exacerbating the original bone defects (bone fenestration, bone dehiscence) during the orthodontic process. 本研究拟探究含BMP2自固化磷酸钙的瑞邦人工骨材料和Bio-Oss材料在前牙存在牙槽骨缺损的正畸患者上前牙或下前牙唇、舌侧牙槽骨增量的临床疗效及对牙齿移动的影响  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy and the impact on tooth movement of Rebone artificial bone material with self-curing calcium phosphate containing BMP2 and Bio-Oss material in orthodontic patients with alveolar bone defects in the anterior teeth, specifically focusing on the augmentation of the alveolar bone on the labial and lingual sides of the upper or lower anterior teeth.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.本试验开始前3个月内曾参加过其他临床试验;
2.中重度牙周炎患者;
3.前牙区存在阻生牙或缺失牙;
4.正在或近3个月内曾接受可能影响或促进骨代谢药物治疗的患者;
5.活动性感染性病变、代谢性骨病活动期产生的各种骨缺损;
6.严重心、肝、肾功能不全者;
7.精神异常无行为自主能力;
8.过敏性体质患者;
9.孕妇或哺乳期妇女及半年以内有怀孕计划的人群;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Participated in another clinical trial within 3 months prior to the start of this trial;
2.Patients with moderate to severe periodontitis;
3.Presence of impacted or missing teeth in the anterior region;
4.Patients who are currently receiving, or have received within the last 3 months, treatment with drugs that may affect or promote bone metabolism;
5.Various bone defects arising from active infectious lesions or active phases of metabolic bone diseases;
6.Patients with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction;
7.Patients with mental disorders lacking the capacity for autonomous behavior;
8.Patients with an allergic constitution;
9.Pregnant or lactating women, and those planning for pregnancy within six months;

纳入的患者根据前牙正畸移动方向分为:前牙舌向移动组和前牙唇向移动组两个区组。每组患者进一步随机分成两组:Bio-Oss组(A组)和瑞邦骨粉组(B组)。由指定统计师根据随机结果制作信封并密封,由另一名研究者保管并发放信封。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The enrolled patients were divided into two blocks based on the direction of anterior tooth orthodontic movement: the anterior teeth lingual movement group and the anterior teeth labial movement group. Patients in each group were further randomized into two subgroups: the Bio-Oss group (Group A) and the Ruibang bone powder group (Group B). The designated statistician prepares and seals the envelopes according to the randomization results, while another researcher is responsible for safeguarding and distributing the envelopes.
