本项目通过对不同时期胚胎少量细胞代谢组学解析正常体重组和肥胖组人类早期胚胎发育的代谢特征，从代谢角度了解早期胚胎发育进程，为研究现有培养体系对胚胎早期发育以及肥胖后代健康提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This project analyzes the metabolic characteristics of human early embryonic development in the normal and obese groups through metabolomics of a small number of cells in embryos of different periods, to understand the process of early embryonic development from a metabolic point of view, and to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the existing culture system on the early development of the embryo as well as the health of the obese offspring.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

男性因素所致不孕、授精方式为ICSI、多囊卵巢综合征、宫内粘连和纵隔子宫等子宫因素、高血压、糖尿病和甲状腺功能障碍的女性患者不纳入本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Female patients with infertility due to male factor, insemination by ICSI, uterine factors such as polycystic ovary syndrome, intrauterine adhesions and mediastinal uterus, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and thyroid dysfunction were excluded from this study.
