研究目的:

本研究结合影像学指标诊断为脑小血管病的患者,收集参与者的基本信息和认知水平,检测血中反映营养状况的相关指标。分析营养状况与脑小血管病认知障碍发生的关联,并探讨其可能的机制,为叶酸对脑小血管病患者的防治和脑小血管病认知障碍改善作用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study combines imaging indicators to diagnose patients with cerebral small vessel disease, collects basic information and cognitive levels of participants, and detects relevant indicators reflecting nutritional status in the blood. Analyze the correlation between nutritional status and cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral small vessel disease, and explore its possible mechanisms, providing a basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebral small vessel disease with folic acid and the improvement of cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral small vessel disease.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)颅内出血或其他器官大量出血的受试者;(2)有严重精神疾病或癫痫病史的参与者;(3)入院前3个月内有新发脑卒中病史的受试者;(4)有酗酒或吸毒史的参与者;(5)患有阿尔茨海默病、路易体痴呆、额颞叶痴呆、脑肿瘤、脑积水或其他中枢神经疾病的参与者;(6)无法完成神经心理学测试和磁共振成像检查的参与者;(7)过去30天内作为受试者参加过其他药物临床试验的受试者;(8)研究人员认为受试者不可能完成研究。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Subjects with intracranial hemorrhage or significant bleeding from other organs; (2) Participants with a history of severe mental illness or epilepsy; (3) Subjects with a history of new stroke within 3 months prior to admission; (4) Participants with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; (5) Participants with Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal lobe dementia, brain tumors, hydrocephalus, or other central nervous system diseases; (6) Participants who are unable to complete neuropsychological tests and magnetic resonance imaging examinations; (7) Subjects who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs as subjects within the past 30 days; (8) Researchers believe that participants are unlikely to complete the study.
