研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨轻比重罗哌卡因单侧脊麻用于老年患者下肢手术的ED50和ED95，以及轻比重罗哌卡因单侧脊麻用于老年患者下肢手术平面固定时间的ED50和ED95。为轻比重的罗哌卡因用于老年患者提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the ED50 and ED95 of lightly weighted ropivacaine unilateral spinal anesthesia for lower extremity surgery in elderly patients, and the ED50 and ED95 of lightly weighted ropivacaine unilateral spinal anesthesia for lower extremity surgical plane immobilization time in elderly patients.To provide a clinical basis for the use of lightly weighted ropivacaine in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往有脊柱手术史、脊柱畸形者；②罗哌卡因等药物过敏者；③椎管内麻醉禁忌者；④心肝肾功能不全者；⑤下肢运动、听力功能障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

① previous history of spinal surgery, spinal deformity; ② ropivacaine and other drugs allergy; ③ intrathecal anesthesia contraindications; ④ heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; ⑤ lower limb motor, hearing dysfunction

With the exception of the first subject, the specific dose of ropivacaine drug and duration of lateral recumbency used in each case was related to the response of the previous patient, and the dose of local anesthetic and the duration of lateral recumbency in the next patient were adjusted according to the positive or negative response of the previous patient.
