研究目的：

本研究对基于神经同步化水平的闭环DBS治疗帕金森病进行探索性研究。本研究将在帕金森病DBS手术中进行短时闭环DBS治疗测试，通过与常规电刺激比较，对其效果进行探索性研究。  

Objectives of Study：

This study conducts an exploratory investigation into closed-loop DBS treatment for Parkinson's disease based on neural synchronization levels. Short-term closed-loop DBS treatment tests will be conducted during Parkinson's disease DBS surgeries. An exploratory comparison of its effects will be made against conventional stimulation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.MMSE低于24；
2.抑郁症（根据中国诊断标准）或严重精神疾病；
3.曾有明确脑部疾病史（明确卒中史、脑外伤史、脑部肿瘤史、脑积水）；
4.合并严重的心脏、肝脏、肾脏等内科疾病者；
5.术前评估认为其不适于进行DBS手术者；
6.研究者认为其不适合参与本研究的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.MMSE score is lower than 24;
2.Depression (according to Chinese diagnostic criteria) or severe mental illness.
3.There is a history of definite brain diseases (such as stroke, head injury, brain tumor, or hydrocephalus).
4.Patients with severe internal medical conditions such as heart, liver, or kidney diseases are included.
5.Patients deemed unsuitable for DBS surgery based on preoperative assessment.
6.Other situations where researchers consider the participant unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
