研究目的：

为羟苯磺酸钙保护糖尿病肾病提供中国人群临床证据，并探讨其可能的机制  

Objectives of Study：

To collect Chinese clinical evidence for the protective effects of Calcium Dobecilate in diabetic nephropathy,and to inverstigate the underlying mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 1型糖尿病患者；
2. 恶性肿瘤；
3. 肾脏疾病史；
4. 系统性免疫疾病史；
5. 心功能NYHA Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级的充血性心衰和/或左心室射血分数≤40%者；
6. 3个月内有重大心血管病史者：心肌梗塞、冠状动脉血管成形术或搭桥手术、不稳定性心绞痛、短暂性缺血发作

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus or secondary diabetes mellitus;
(2) Allergy to Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F;
(3) The use of immunosuppressive agents other than Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F;
(4) Pregnancy, breast-feeding or pregnancy, lactation in the course of the study;
(5) Impaired liver function: Two times of ALT or AST levels exceed the upper limit of the normal value;
(6) Blood white blood cell<3×10^9/L;
(7) Severe hypertension: blood pressure > 180/100mmHg, and difficult to control;
(8) Acute infection: happen within 1 month before the study;
(9) Serum creatinine levels increased by more than 50%, or the inability to control the severe hyper potassium (serum potassium >6.0mmol/L), or unavailable use of such drugs,for example double renal artery stenosis;
(10) Occurrence of serious cardiac and cerebral vascular events: heart failure, angina, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc within 6 months before the study;
(11) Poor compliance (as judged by the investigator);
(12) Participat in other drug clinical trials within 6 months before into the group;
(13) Other researchers think that the situation is not suitable for the selected.
