研究目的:

本项目通过收集OA患者的影像学及关节液的蛋白组学资料,将其输入到 AI 新工具,构建一种基于完整膝关节数据及 OA 患者的 MRI 影像学-蛋白质组学-临床症状多模态数据的 AI 智能化诊断新工具,旨在辅助临床医生对 OA 患者作出更有效、准确、智能化的快速诊断。  

Objectives of Study:

This project collects the imaging and proteomic data of OA patients and inputs them into a new AI tool to construct a new AI intelligent diagnostic tool based on the complete knee data and the MRI imaging-proteomics-clinical symptom multimodal data of OA patients, aiming at assisting the clinicians to make a more effective, accurate, intelligent and rapid diagnosis of OA patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.既往有膝关节外伤、感染史、手术史者;
2.诊断为类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病、甲状旁腺或肾脏疾病及肝功能不全患者;
3.最近 3 个月内使用过糖皮质激素;
4.有妊娠可能或计划妊娠者;
5.正在参加其他临床试验的患者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Previous history of knee trauma, infection, or surgery;
2.Patients diagnosed with autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, parathyroid or kidney disease and liver insufficiency;
3.Glucocorticoid use within the last 3 months;
4.Persons with potential or planned pregnancies;
5.Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
