研究目的：

（1）构建全膝关节置换术后患者全链式预防深静脉血栓方案。（2）评价全膝关节置换术后患者全链式预防深静脉血栓方案的效果。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct the total chain prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients after total knee arthroplasty. (2) To evaluate the efficacy of total chain prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients after total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①日常生活能力评分（ADL）小于40分患者； ②在入院前或手术前已诊断为任何一类型的VTE； ③因出血风险而禁用药物预防VTE患者； ④精神障碍者； ⑤具有严重认知障碍和意识障碍者； ⑥患者有心、脑、肝等器官病变者； ⑦患者合并有恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with ADL less than 40 points; ② Have been diagnosed with any type of VTE before admission or surgery; ③ Contraindicated drugs to prevent VTE patients due to bleeding risk; ④ People with mental disorders; ⑤ People with severe cognitive impairment and consciousness disorder; ⑥ Patients with heart, brain, liver and other organ lesions; ⑦ The patient was complicated with malignant tumor.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

将研究对象按住院的前后顺序进行编号，从随机数字表第五行、第三列开始，取74个数字并按顺序从小到大依次排列。最终前37例研究对象列入干预组、后37例列入对照组。为防止混杂偏倚，研究对象按前后组进行分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The subjects were numbered according to the order of hospitalization. Starting from the fifth row and the third column of the random number table, 74 numbers were selected and sorted in order from smallest to largest. Finally, the first 37 subjects were included in the intervention group and the last 37 were included in the control group. To prevent confounding bias, subjects were grouped into pre and post groups.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用Excel 建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均双人录入；采用SPSS软件进行数据处理。
