探究无托槽隐形矫治器联合个性化数字平面导板对深覆合矫治的影响  

Objectives of Study：

to explore effect clear aligners combined with personalized digital bite ramp on deep overbite treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

个性化数字平面导板这一设计增加了横嵴状结构以及根据患者口内咬合进行设计尺寸的大小，弥补数字化平面导板的不足，可能会提高无托槽隐形矫治器深覆合矫治的效率 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The design of personalized digital bite turbo increases the size of the transverse ridge structure and the design size according to the patient's oral occlusion, which makes up for the shortcomings of digital bite turbo, and may improve the efficiency of deep overbite correction with clear aligners 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有全身系统性疾病或综合征者； 2.治疗期间服用双膦酸盐、抗抑郁药物等可能影响骨代谢的药物； 3.唇腭裂病史、腭部外伤史； 4.矫治中有备孕计划及孕早期的育龄期妇女； 5.严重牙周疾病的患者； 6.矫治过程中行肉毒素注射。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic diseases or syndromes; 2. Taking bisphosphonates, antidepressants and other drugs that may affect bone metabolism during treatment; 3. History of cleft lip and palate, history of palatal trauma; 4. Women of childbearing age who have a plan to prepare for pregnancy and the first trimester of pregnancy in correction; 5. Patients with severe periodontal disease; 6. Botulinum toxin injection is performed during the orthodontic process.
