研究目的：

本研究通过对精神分裂症患者进行生命回顾训练(Life Review Therapy)、想象未来训练等干预，考察能否提高精神分裂症患者回忆过去和想象未来的能力，以及能否改善患者的情绪状态、生活满意度、社会功能、家庭功能、自杀攻击风险等。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the effect of life review therapy, future thinking on mental time travel, emotional state, Life satisfaction, social function, family function and risk of suicide and attacks in patients with schizophrenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究招募精神分裂症患者100名，将其随机分配到训练组（回忆过去组、想象未来组、回忆想象组）和控制组，每组25人。控制组只接受常规药物治疗，训练组在常规药物治疗的基础上，分别进行训练（生命回顾训练、想象未来训练、生命回顾训练及想象未来训练）。生命回顾训练由对生命中特定时间阶段的自传性事件的提取练习组成。分成四周，每周两次，每次训练一个小时。想象未来训练根据生命回顾训练改编而成，分成四周，每周两次，每次训练一个小时。回忆过去组进行生命回顾训练，想象未来组只进行想象未来训练，回忆想象组进行生命回顾训练及想象未来训练。在训练前后评估患者的心理时间之旅(回忆过去和想象未来事件的具体性、在事件中参与者的比率以及事件的类别等)、自评情绪状态和生活满意度以及基本认知功能等。同时招募健康对照组25人，进行相同的测试作为健康标准，用于考察精神分裂症患者与健康对照组的差异。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The study will recruit 100 patients with schizophrenia and randomly assign them to the training group (life review therapy group, imagine the future group, life review and imagine group) and the control group, there will be 25 patients in each group. The control group received treatment as usual. Participants in the life review training group were asked to recall autobiographical life events at different life stages. In imagine the future group, participants were asked to image possible specific events that may happen to them at different time points. In the recall and imagine group, participants were asked to both recall past events and imagine future events. The training was divided into four weeks, twice a week, one hour for each time. Each participant were administered the following assessments before and after the training: mental time travel, self-reported emotional states and life satisfaction, and basic cognitive functions, etc. Twenty-five healthy controls will also be recruited, they would complete the same tests as patients only for baseline.

排除标准：

①有神经系统疾病史；②有药物及酒精依赖史；③近3个月有接受无抽搐电休克治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with history of neurological disease;
(2) patients with drug/alcohol abuse/dependence;
(3) received ECT within 3 months.
