研究目的：

评估帕金森病指纹的改变。主要比较健康人群和帕金森患者指纹的变化，由此评估疾病严重程度。  

Objectives of Study：

Assess changes in the fingerprint of Parkinson's disease. Changes in the fingerprints of healthy people and Parkinson's patients were compared to assess the severity of the disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

帕金森组：1)帕金森综合征、原发性震颤、脑卒中、癫痫及其他明确诊断的神经系统疾病患者；或曾接受过深部脑刺激等颅脑手术治疗； 2)肝肾功能异常者（严重肝功能异常：ALT、结合胆红素、AST、ALP、总胆红素其中之一大于正常值上限2倍；中至重度肾功能异常：肌酐清除率<60ml/min）； 3)慢性乙型肝炎或艾滋病（HIV-1感染）患者； 4)重症抑郁、精神分裂症、其他精神病性障碍或有药物依赖者； 5)其他严重的心、肺、肝、肾病，血液病以及恶性肿瘤等严重的躯体器质性疾病； 6)妊娠期或哺乳期妇女及大于65岁的老年人； 7)对试验药物过敏或有其他禁忌症； 研究者认为不适合参加本临床研究的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

PD group:1) Patients with Parkinson's syndrome, essential tremor, stroke, epilepsy and other neurological diseases with definite diagnosis; Or have received deep brain stimulation and other brain surgery; 2) Abnormal liver and kidney function (severe liver function abnormality: ALT, bound bilirubin, AST, ALP, total bilirubin, one of which is greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal; Moderate to severe renal dysfunction: creatinine clearance <60ml/min); 3) Patients with chronic hepatitis B or AIDS (HIV-1 infection); 4) Severe depression, schizophrenia, other psychiatric disorders or drug dependence; 5) Other serious physical diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney disease, blood disease and malignant tumor; 6) Pregnant or lactating women and older people over 65 years old; 7) Allergic to the test drug or other contraindications; 8) Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical study by the investigator.
