研究目的：

观察芪参益气滴丸对冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者血清抵抗素、脂联素、CRP、ABI等指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Qishenyiqi dripping pills on serum resistin, adiponectin, CRP and ABI in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）诊断符合急性冠脉综合征的患者；2）曾发生过主动脉夹层、急性肺栓塞的患者；合并有恶性心律失常、急性心力衰竭、心源性休克的患者；3）中医辨证为阴虚阳亢的患者；4）稳定型心绞痛严重度分级为I级、IV级的患者；5）已行溶栓或经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者；6）合并严重肝肾功能不全或恶性肿瘤的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) diagnosis of patients with acute coronary syndromes;
2) patients who had aortic dissection, acute pulmonary embolism; patients with malignant arrhythmia, acute heart failure, cardiogenic shock;
3) Hyperactivity and hyperactivity;
4) patients with grade I and IV severity of stable angina pectoris;
5) patients undergoing thrombolysis or percutaneous coronary intervention;
6) patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction or malignancy of patients.
