研究目的：

分析和比较BCI康复训练联合rTMS和单独不同的方式在改善缺血性卒中恢复期患者上肢及手功能恢复的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze and contrast the clinical efficacy of BCI rehabilitation training combined with rTMS and individual different methods in facilitating the recovery of upper limb and hand function in patients recovering from ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并影响运动功能的疾病，如类风湿性关节炎、关节畸形和脊髓损伤。 （2）上肢重度疼痛（根据视觉疼痛量表评分为5分及以上）影响患者正常活动。 （3）严重心血管、肝、肾等疾病，或曾有癫痫发作史或癫痫高风险患者。 （4）存在重复经颅磁刺激禁忌患者（如妊娠、癌症、凝血障碍、心脏起搏器或其他电子植入物等）。 （5）使用可能影响皮层电活动的药物（如镇静剂、抗抑郁药等）。 （6）目前正参与或即将参与其他临床试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diseases related to motor function, such as rheumatoid arthritis, joint deformity, and spinal cord injury. (2) Severe upper limb pain (5 points or above based on the visual pain scale) affected patients' normal activities. (3) Serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other diseases, or patients with a history of seizures or epilepsy at high risk. (4) Patients with contraindications for repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation (such as pregnancy, cancer, blood clotting disorders, pacemakers or other electronic implants). (5) Use of drugs that may influence the electrical activity of the cortex (such as sedatives, antidepressants, etc.). (6) Patients currently participating in or about to participate in other clinical trials.
