数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	通过天津健康医疗大数据有限公司的数据管理平台进行数据治理，创建数据表和关系，以存储原始数据。分别添加所需字段名和数据类型，并设置字段大小、格式、默认值等。根据需要利用结构化查询语言(Structured Query Language, SQL)创建了患者年龄、既往史、入院诊断、住院期间化验、出院带药、随访事件等多个查询，并让特定结果及结果的相关信息以窗体视图的形式显示在窗体中，方便查阅及增删包括。将数据导入R Studio并进行数据分析。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Through the data governance platform of Tianjin Health Medical Big Data Co., Ltd., data tables and relationships were created to store raw data. Required field names and data types were added respectively, and field sizes, formats, default values, etc., were set. Multiple queries such as patient age, medical history, admission diagnosis, inpatient laboratory tests, discharge medications, follow-up events, etc., were created as needed using Structured Query Language (SQL), and specific results and related information were displayed in form views for easy reference and manipulation, including addition and deletion. The data was imported into R Studio for data analysis.
