研究目的：

1.观察糖肾康胶囊治疗Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。2.阐明糖肾康胶囊的作用机理。

Objectives of Study：

1.To observe the clinical effect of Tangshenkang capsules on patients with diabetic nephropathy in Ⅲ or Ⅳ period.2.To elucidate the mechanism of Tangshenkang capsule.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除以下非糖尿病肾病引起尿微量白蛋白增加的因素，如原发性高血压，心力衰竭或其它肾脏疾病引起的肾功能改变。2.有严重心肝脑疾病,或合并其他严重原发性疾病,精神病患者。3.有糖尿病急性并发症及严重感染者。4.年龄在30岁以下或75岁以上患者。5.妊娠准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女。6.血脂水平高于正常值3倍及以上的患者。7.正在参加其他药物临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion of the following facts which non-diabetic nephropathy increase urinary trace albumin, such as primary hypertension, heart failure or other renal disease;
2. There is a serious heart disease, or a combination of other serious primary diseases, mental illness;
3. There are acute complications of diabetes and severe infection;
4. Pregnant,prepare a pregnancy or lactating women
5. Blood lipid levels are three times higher than normal;
6. Patients who are participating in other drug clinical studies.
