研究目的：

本研究患者分为无充气经腋窝入路甲状腺切除术组（GETTA）和无充气经锁骨下入路腔镜甲状腺切除术组（GETTSA）。均行单侧甲状腺切除、峡部切除和中央颈清扫术，通过统计学分析，对此无充气经腋窝入路甲状腺切除术和无充气经锁骨下入路腔镜甲状腺切除术的各项指标，包括手术安全性和完整性以及其他手术特征和住院特征等进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

The patients in this study were divided into the group of gasless endoscopic thyroidectomy transaxillary approach (GETTA) and gasless endoscopic thyroidectomy transsubclavian approach (GETTSA). All underwent unilateral thyroidectomy, isthmus resection and central neck dissection, for which various parameters, including surgical safety and completeness, as well as other surgical and hospitalisation characteristics, were compared between gasless endoscopic thyroidectomy transaxillary approach and gasless endoscopic thyroidectomy transsubclavian approach by statistical analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（a）颈部手术史，（b）颈部放射治疗史，（c）颈侧淋巴结转移，（d）肿瘤侵犯邻近器官，（e）合并远处转移

Exclusion criteria：

(a) history of neck surgery, (b) history of neck radiation therapy, (c) lateral neck lymph node metastasis, (d) tumour invasion into adjacent organs, and (e) combined distant metastasis
