研究目的：

本研究旨在通过对健康成年人以及存在吞咽障碍的患者分别进行感兴趣食物视频的刺激任务，分析在该任务态下健康成年人及患者的特异性脑区即时响应的情况以及在该静息态下两者的特异性脑区功能连接强度情况，了解在感兴趣食物视频刺激下是否可以产生吞咽反应以及是否可以激活吞咽相关皮层，为临床中是否可以采用患者感兴趣的食物视频等方式对吞咽障碍患者进行康复干预提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to analyze the immediate response of the specific brain region of healthy adults and patients in this task state and the functional connection strength of the specific brain region of healthy adults and patients in this resting state through the stimulation task of food videos of interest to healthy adults and patients with swallowing disorders respectively. To understand whether the swallowing response can be generated and whether the swallowing cortex can be activated under the stimulation of the interested food video, and to provide a theoretical basis for the rehabilitation intervention of patients with swallowing disorders by using the food video and other ways that the patients are interested in.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有其他原因所致吞咽功能障碍的病史（帕金森病、痴呆、运动神经元病等）；②伴有意识障碍或认知功能障碍、精神障碍及混合性失语等影响评估与治疗的；③现合并有肝、肾、心脏等重要脏器严重功能障碍的；④内置心脏起搏器；⑤硫酸钡过敏者；⑥视力、听力存在严重障碍者；⑦怀孕或哺乳期的妇女；⑧存在颅骨缺失的情况；⑨研究者认为存在可能损害受试者或者导致受试者无法满足或执行研究要求的任何状况。

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient has a history of swallowing dysfunction due to other causes (Parkinson's disease, dementia, motor neurone disease, etc.); ② accompanied by consciousness disorders or cognitive dysfunction, mental disorders and mixed aphasia impact assessment and treatment; ③The subjects have serious dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart and other important organs; ④ Built-in pacemaker; ⑤ barium sulfate allergy; ⑥ People with severe visual and hearing impairments; ⑦Pregnant or lactating women; ⑧ The absence of skull; ⑨Any condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, is likely to harm the subject or cause the subject to be unable to meet or perform the study requirements.
