探讨运动干预对肝硬化伴肌少症患者肌肉质量、肌肉功能、心肺功能和生存质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of an exercise intervention on muscle mass, muscle function, cardiorespiratory function and quality of survival in patients with cirrhosis with sarcopenia.

排除标准：

排除标准:①有严重的合并症(如严重贫血、严重的骨质疏松等)②已经定期进行锻炼。

Exclusion criteria：

① Serious comorbidities (e.g., severe anaemia, severe osteoporosis, etc.) ② Exercise has been performed on a regular basis.
