本研究希望通过运动想象脑机接口和稳态视觉诱发电位脑机接口的结合,兼顾运动想象治疗和精细脑机接口康复治疗的优点,实现相比于单纯的运动想象脑机接口和稳态视觉诱发电位脑机接口更好的治疗效果。为探索脑机接口在脑卒中患者偏瘫上肢运动功能恢复中的作用探索一条可能更有效的路径。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to achieve better therapeutic effects compared to using motor imagery brain-computer interface (BCI) or steady-state visual evoked potential BCI alone, by combining the two. It hopes to take into account the advantages of both motor imagery therapy and fine BCI rehabilitation treatment, in order to explore a potentially more effective path for utilizing BCI in the restoration of motor function in the paralyzed upper limbs of stroke patients. |

Inclusion criteria |

|
排除标准: |
①认知功能严重受损或不能注意和理解屏幕信息; ②对脑电导电膏过敏; ③植入心脏起搏器、颅内起搏器、深部脑刺激等; ④怀孕; ⑤严重痉挛或疼痛; ⑥可能导致手或上肢关节痉挛的骨关节疾病(包括关节畸形)、其他严重神经系统疾病、肝肾功能损害等; ⑦偏瘫上肢存在不稳定骨折。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
① Severe impairment of cognitive function or inability to pay attention to and understand screen information; ② Allergy to EEG electrode paste; ③ Implanted devices such as cardiac pacemaker, intracranial pacemaker, deep brain stimulation, etc.; ④ Pregnancy; ⑤ Severe spasms or pain; ⑥ Bone and joint diseases (including joint deformities) that may lead to spasms in the hand or upper limb joints, other severe neurological diseases, liver and kidney function impairment, etc.; ⑦ Unstable fractures in the hemiplegic upper limb. |

使用统计产品与服务解决方案(statistical product and service solutions, SPSS)软件生成随机数,按年龄(30-45、46-60、61-80)、病程(每3个月分层,即3-6个月、7-9个月……22-24个月)进行随机区组设计,脑卒中偏瘫患者被随机分为年龄和病程匹配的三个组,分别是:观察组:运动想象+稳态视觉诱发电位多模态脑机接口组(MI+SSVEP-BCI);对照组:运动想象脑机接口组(MI-BCI);稳态视觉诱发电位脑机接口组(SSVEP-BCI)。 |

statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) software was used to generate random numbers by age (30-45, 46-60, 61-80), disease course (stratified every 3 months, i.e. 3-6 months, 7-9 months... 22-24 months) for randomized block design. Stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into three groups matched by age and disease course: observation group: motor imagination + steady-state visual evoked potential multimodal brain-computer interface group (MI+SSVEP-BCI); Control group 1: Motor imagination brain-computer interface group (MI-BCI); Control group 2: Steady state visual evoked potential brain-computer interface group (SSVEP-BCI). |
