研究目的：

居住在高原和亚高原地区的人群因氧气的摄取和输送量的变化，呼吸、循环和血液系统都发生了很大的变化。长期的慢性缺氧刺激颈动脉体的外周化学感受器，使肺通气量增加，肺活量增大，呈现过度通气，功能残气量增加，该地区的人群的无通气安全时间是否因呼吸系统的变化而延长，目前并没有研究报道。因此，我们设计该试验针对亚高原地区患者，纯氧平静呼吸三分钟预给氧及12L/min改良鼻咽通气道窒息氧合技术后全麻插管无通气安全时限的改善情况，为亚高原地区患者全身麻醉可操作时间提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

People living in plateau and sub-plateau areas have great changes in respiration, circulation and blood systems due to changes in oxygen uptake and delivery. Long-term chronic hypoxia stimulates peripheral chemoreceptors in the carotid body, resulting in increased pulmonary ventilation, increased vital capacity,hyperventilation, and increased functional residual capacity. At present, there is no research report on whether the safe time without ventilation in the population in this area is prolonged due to changes in the respiratory system. Therefore, we designed this experiment to improve the safety time limit of general anesthesia intubation without ventilation after three minutes of pure oxygen calm breathing and 12L/min modified nasopharyngeal airway asphyxiation technology for patients in sub-plateau areas, providing reference for the operational time of general anesthesia for patients in sub- plateau areas.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

麦氏分级或面部结构可能有困难气道的，之前有过困难气管插管史；存在不同程度贫血的男性血红蛋白小于120g/L，女性血红蛋白小于110g/L；合并心肺疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Mallampati's grading or facial structure suggests possible difficulty with airway, have a history of difficult tracheal intubation in the past; The hemoglobin of men and women with different degrees of anemia was less than 120g/L and 110g/L respectively; Combined with cardiopulmonary disease.
