Objectives of Study：

We designed the present study to determine the effect of volatile anesthetics on the lever of oxidative stress and DNA damage and the cell apoptosis due to occupational exposure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.工作时限两年以内；2.近半年有手术麻醉史或近两个星期有注射史；3.怀孕及哺乳期的女性；4.有自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤、肝肾肺部疾患、及其它一些会影响氧化应激、DNA损伤水平的急性或慢性疾病；5.工作场所接触射线、处理肿瘤药物等其他职业危险因素；6.长期服用特殊药物如维生素补充剂、抗氧化剂等；7.规律喝酒及抽烟者。

Exclusion criteria：

We excluded personnel with conditions that working time within two yearsundergoing a history of surgical anesthesia within half a year or having a injection history in the past two weeks, and who are pregnant and lactating and with autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, liver and kidney and lung diseases and other acute or chronic diseases affect the determination of their oxidative stress status, and the workplace exposure to radiation, treatment of cancer drugs and other occupational risk factors. In addition, those taking any medications, vitamin supplements, or antioxidants or who smoked or drank alcohol on a regular basis were not included in the study.
