研究目的：

研究术后认知功能障碍与脑电的相关性，探讨脑电能否作为POCD发生的预测性指标，为POCD的早期发现、早期预防、及时诊断和治疗提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To study on association between EEG and postoperative cognitive dysfunction. To explore whether EEG could be used as a predictor of POCD and to provide reference for POCD early detection, prevention, timely diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有神经系统疾病史;有精神类疾病史及相关药物服用史;2.半年内接受过全身麻醉;3.有严重的心脏疾病、明显肝肾功能障碍;4.不能配合完成认知功能测试;5.对脑电、脑氧电极贴过敏及电极点局部皮肤有破损或皮肤病;6.既往已知或可疑的药物（酒精）长期使用或成瘾史

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of a clear neurological disease;
2. history of mental illness and psychotic drug;
3. history of general anesthesia in half a year;
4. suffering severe heartliver and kidney dysfunction;
5. can not cooperate with the completion of cognitive function test;
6. allergic reaction to electrode paste or skin irritation on forehead;
7. long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants or alcohol
