研究目的：

本研究应用延续性护理措施对我院收治的类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变患者进行干预观察患者自我管理水平和生活质量的变化情况。从而建立类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变患者延续护理体系，应用于临床为患者提供长期支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study use continuous nursing measures to observe the changes of self-management level and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis combined with pulmonary interstitial lesion in our hospital. To establish a continuous care system for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and pulmonary interstitial disease, and to provide long-term support for patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①Barthel评分60分以下；
②合并慢性非传染性疾病如恶性肿瘤、间质性肺病以外呼吸系统疾病等；
③间质性肺病首发后患类风湿关节炎患者；
④不能理解、配合、拒绝参加本次研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Barthel Score 60 below;
2. Combined with chronic noncommunicable diseases such as malignancy, interstitial lung disease, and other respiratory diseases;
3. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis were diagnosed with interstitial lung disease;
4. The patients who cannot understand, cooperate and refuse to participate in this study.
