To explore the improvement effects of vitamin D combined with exercise intervention on type 2 diabetes

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①仅在怀孕期间诊断为糖尿病； ②需要使用注射胰岛素进行血糖控制者； ③过去3个月内服用过维生素D补充剂、钙剂、ω-3补充剂； ④患有维生素D增多症、高胆固醇血症、高钙血症（＞2.6 mmol/L）、高磷血症伴肾性佝偻病者； ⑤有心脏病史、心功能不全者： ⑥伴有其他严重疾病者，如骨质疏松、骨折、胃肠功能紊乱、肾功能不全（血肌酐>1.5 mg/dL；肾小球滤过率＜ 60 mL/min）、肝功能不全、动脉粥样硬化、肝硬化、精神病、胶原蛋白疾病、脑血管疾病、癌症、以及其他影响运动的疾病等； ⑦计划在试验期间更换降糖药物者； ⑧已经出现糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病神经病变、糖尿病足等并发症者； ⑨过去3个月体重变化＞5%者； ⑩患有影响血糖水平的其他疾病，如甲状腺功能亢进； ⑪有规律运动习惯者； ⑫对干预物或安慰剂中的成分过敏者； ⑬正在接受减肥治疗者； ⑭过去3个月曾在海滩、游泳池或其他任何地方晒日光浴； ⑮怀孕或哺乳期女性； ⑯无法正确回答问卷问题或无法遵循研究程序； ⑰同时参与其他临床试验者； ⑱拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Diagnosed with diabetes only during pregnancy; ② Those who need to use insulin injection for blood glucose control; ③ Those who have taken vitamin D supplements, calcium supplements, and omega-3 supplements in the past 3 months; ④ Those with hypervitaminosis D, hypercholesterolemia, hypercalcemia (>2.6 mmol/L), hyperphosphatemia with renal osteodystrophy; ⑤ Those with a history of heart disease and cardiac insufficiency; ⑥ Those with other serious diseases, such as osteoporosis, fractures, gastrointestinal dysfunction, renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 1.5 mg/dL; glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/min), liver dysfunction, atherosclerosis, cirrhosis, mental illness, collagen disease, cerebrovascular disease, cancer, and other diseases that affect movement; ⑦ Those planning to change hypoglycemic drugs during the trial; ⑧ Those who have already developed complications such as diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic neuropathy, and diabetic foot; ⑨ Those with a weight change of more than 5% in the past 3 months; ⑩ Those with other diseases that affect blood sugar levels, such as hyperthyroidism; ⑪ Those with regular exercise habits; ⑫ Those allergic to the ingredients in the intervention or placebo; ⑬ Those undergoing weight loss treatment; ⑭ Those who have had sunbathing on the beach, in a swimming pool, or anywhere else in the past 3 months; ⑮ Pregnant or lactating women; ⑯ Those who cannot correctly answer the questionnaire questions or cannot follow the research procedures; ⑰ Those participating in other clinical trials at the same time; ⑱ Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
