探讨利多卡因预防老年患者丙泊酚诱导后低血压的最佳剂量  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the optimal dose of lidocaine in preventing propofol induced hypotension in elderly patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并心脏病疾病（EF<50%）；传导阻滞；心律失常；代谢当量<4 2.服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素受体阻滞剂的药物，无法控制的高血压患者 3.及对任何一种研究药物过敏的患者 4.排除了在术前评估中判断怀疑插管困难的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Heart Disease (EF<50%) ; conduction block; arrhythmia; metabolic equivalent<4 2. High blood pressure that can not be controlled by drugs such as ACEI or ARB 3.For any study drug allergy patients 4.Patients suspected of difficult intubation were excluded from preoperative evaluation

The patients were randomly divided into three groups: Lidocaine 0.5 mg/kg (Group A) , Lidocaine 1.0 mg/kg (Group B) and lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg (Group C) based on a computer-generated random number sheet (Microsoft Excel, Redmond, Washington, USA).This procedure was completed by Fei Xiao.
