研究目的：

基于介入复合手术平台，探索同台介入诊疗冠心病及脑血管病临床流程同时探索腔内影像学（血管内超声和光学相干断层成像）及功能学（血流储备分数）检查在脑血管狭窄病变中的临床应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the interventional complex surgery platform, to explore the clinical process of the same stage interventional diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular disease, and to explore the clinical application of endovascular imaging (intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography) and functional examination (flow reserve fraction) in cerebrovascular stenosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①急性心肌梗死； ②急性脑血管意外； ③肾功能异常，肌酐＞177umol/L； ④严重心力衰竭，纽约心脏病协会（New York Heart Association，NYHA）心功能分级Ⅲ级或以上。 ⑤复杂冠脉病变，预计需要置入IABP患者。 ⑥严重出血倾向患者或近期出血性疾病史患者。 ⑦怀孕。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute myocardial infarction; 2. Acute cerebrovascular accident; 3. Abnormal renal function, creatinine > 177umol/L; 4. Severe Heart failure, New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function rating III or higher. 5. Complex coronary lesions are expected to require IABP placement. 6. Patients with severe bleeding tendency or recent history of bleeding disease. 7. Pregnancy.
