研究目的：

1.了解正常人群阴道菌群分布及构成情况； 2.了解临床阴道炎患者阴道菌群分布及构成情况，探索不同阴道炎的优势菌群及阴道炎患者治疗前后阴道菌群变化情况； 3.观察CIN患者阴道炎患病情况及阴道菌群分布、构成情况。观察患者结局及HPV16/18 E6癌蛋白表达情况，了解疾病转归情况。

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the distribution of vaginal microbial community among general population; 2. To study the vaginal microbial community distribution of BV, TV and VVC patients from clinic, and observe the dominant microbiome and the changes of vaginal microbial community before and after drug treatment; 3. Observe the prevalence of vaginitis and the distribution of vaginal microbial community among CIN patients and the expression of the HPV 16/18 E6 protein, then observe the progression of the CIN.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合上述纳入标准者；2.有过宫颈外科手术者；3.有临床怀孕可疑症状或哺乳期妇女；4.身体或精神上无法接受例行子宫颈癌筛查或无法提供知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. do not meet above inclusion criteria;
2. have cervical surgery;
3. have pregnant symptom or in lactation;
4. Physically or mentally unable to accept routine cervical cancer screening.
