研究目的：

（1）评价支气管冲洗液与支气管肺泡灌洗液对临床诊断肺部感染患者的病原学诊断效率及不良反应发生率的差异； （2）探究两种操作下获得病原学结果对指导早期精准用药、预后及卫生经济学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To evaluate the difference in the etiological diagnosis efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions between bronchial wash fluid (BWF) and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in patients with clinically diagnosed pneumonia. (2)To explore the results of etiology obtained under two kinds of operation to guide early accurate medication, prognosis of patients and the influence of health economics.

纳入标准：

（1）18周岁及以上； （2）临床诊断肺部感染； （3）受试者同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1)18 years old and above; (2)The clinical diagnosis is pneumonia; (3)The subjects agreed and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不同意或有支气管镜操作禁忌症者; （2）同时期已参加其他相关临床试验患者； （3）妊娠期患者； （4）标本不合格患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Those who did not consent or had contraindications to bronchoscopy; (2)Patients who had been enrolled in other relevant clinical trials at the same time; (3)Pregnant women; (4)Patients with unqualified specimens
