本课题研究三氧化二砷联合维奈克拉、阿扎胞苷在老年AML患者中的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the efficacy and safety of arsenic trioxide in combination with vinacrine and azacitidine in elderly AML patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重精神及沟通障碍；
2.合并严重心肝肾脏器功能障碍者；
3.合并其他恶性肿瘤；
4.不配合此次研究者；
5.已参与类似研究者；
6.合并急性早幼粒细胞白血病；
7.对研究所用药物会引发患者出现潜在变态反应；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe mental and communication barriers;
2.Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction;
3.Merge with other malignant tumors;
4.Not cooperating with this researcher;
5.Participated in similar research;
6.Combined acute promyelocytic leukemia;
7.The drugs used in the research institute may cause potential allergic reactions in patients;
