研究目的：

变应性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis，AR)也叫过敏性鼻炎，是特应性机体接触致敏原后，由IgE抗体介导的介质释放，并有多种免疫活性细胞和细胞因子等参与的鼻黏膜非感染性炎性反应性疾病。随着人们生活水平和生活方式的改善，其发病率也在不断的升高，据估计，全球大概有14亿人遭到过变应性鼻炎的影响。部分中-重度AR患者使用药物治疗后症状无改善，仍会严重影响日常生活及工作。AR鼻部免疫炎症激发的嗅球神经炎症可以引起AR动物出现抑郁和嗅觉障碍，且均和嗅球小胶质细胞异常激活有关，拟在临床样本中收集过敏性鼻炎患者外周血、鼻灌洗液等进行探索研究过敏性鼻炎脑应答的分子机制，探究可能的作用靶点。

Objectives of Study：

Allergic Rhinitis (AR), also known as allergic rhinitis, is a non-infectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa with the release of mediators mediated by IgE antibodies after exposure of the atopic organism to sensitizers and the participation of a variety of immunoreactive cells and cytokines. With the improvement of people's living standards and lifestyles, its incidence is increasing, and it is estimated that 1.4 billion people worldwide have been affected by allergic rhinitis. Some patients with moderate-to-severe AR have no improvement in their symptoms after drug treatment, which still seriously affects their daily life and work. olfactory bulb neuroinflammation triggered by immunoinflammation in the nose of AR can cause depression and olfactory dysfunction in AR animals, and both of them are related to the abnormal activation of the olfactory bulb microglial cells, and it is proposed to collect peripheral blood and nasal lavage fluid of patients with allergic rhinitis from the clinical samples for exploring the molecular mechanism of the cerebral response to allergic rhinitis, and exploring the possible role of the brain response to allergic rhinitis. We propose to collect peripheral blood and nasal lavage fluid from patients with allergic rhinitis in clinical samples to explore the molecular mechanism of the brain response to allergic rhinitis, and to explore the possible targets.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①临床上存在尚未控制的活动性感染，如急性上呼吸道感染等；②1周内使用过糖皮质激素、抗组胺药、抗白三烯及减充血剂药物；③合并其他全身免疫性疾病；④妊娠或哺乳期妇女；⑤患有精神疾病者；⑦6个月内接受过鼻窦手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Clinically uncontrolled active infections, such as acute upper respiratory tract infections, etc.; ② Use of glucocorticoids, antihistamines, anti-leukotrienes, and decongestant medications within 1 week; ③ Combination of other systemic immune disorders; ④ Pregnant or breastfeeding women; ⑤ Those who suffer from psychiatric disorders; and ⑦ Those who have undergone sinus surgery within 6 months.
