Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of microophthalmic surgical control system for subretinal injection surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重凝血功能障碍(APTT>1.5 倍检测机构正常值上限)，有明显出 血倾向；
2.马凡综合征或晶体悬韧带异常；
3.存在葡萄膜炎；
4.严重的黄斑区菱缩，或严重的中心凹下瘢痕者。；
5.巩膜炎或合并巩膜菲薄；
6.经研究者判断不适合进行玻璃体视网膜手术者，如:眼内炎、严重的 虹膜红变、严重的眼球萎缩等；
7.存在高度近视、外伤导致的出血等经研究者判断不适合进行手术者；
8.合并认知障碍或精神障碍，无法理解与配合者；
9.不能按时完成随访者；
10.妊娠、哺乳期妇女以及试验期间有生育计划者；
11.参与其他研究性药物或器械临床试验未完成者；
12.研究者认为不适合参加本次试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe coagulation dysfunctiorn(APTT>1.5 times the upper limit of normal value of testing institutions), there are obvious symptoms Blood tendency;
2.Marfan syndrome or abnormal suspensory ligaments of crystals;
3.Uveitis is present;
4.Severe macular atrophy, or severe subfoveal scarring.;
5.Scleritis or associated with thin sclera;
6.Patients judged unsuitable for vitreoretinal surgery, such as: endophthalmitis, severe Red iris, severe atrophy of the eyeball;
7.People with combined cognitive or mental impairment, inability to understand and cooperate;
8.Unable to complete interviewers on time;
9.Pregnant and lactating women and those who had a birth plan during the experiment;
10.Participants who have not completed clinical trials of other investigational drugs or devices;
11.The researchers did not consider participants suitable for this study;
