Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the clinical value, efficacy, and prognosis of splenic vascular ligation and splenectomy in improving splenic hyperfunction in children; 2. Clarify the effects of splenic vascular ligation and splenectomy on splenic function; 3. Clarify the changes in residual spleen after splenic vascular ligation and their relationship with prognosis.
