研究目的:

(1)基于神经反馈原理和组合策略,对多源性“中枢-外周”闭环干预的脑机接口康复训练和经颅磁刺激诱导/强化康复范式进行优化,构建合理的闭环干预模型。 (2)探明多源性“中枢-外周”闭环干预对脑卒中运动功能恢复的影响及其神经作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Based on the principle of neural feedback and combination strategy, the brain-computer interface rehabilitation training and transcranial magnetic stimulation induction / enhancement rehabilitation paradigm of multi-source "central-peripheral" closed-loop intervention were optimized, and a reasonable closed-loop intervention model was constructed. (2) To explore the effect of multi-source "central-peripheral" closed-loop intervention on the recovery of motor function in stroke and its neurological mechanism.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)有心脏起搏器植入、颅内金属植入、冠状动脉支架植入等磁刺激禁忌者;2)有癫痫病史或一级亲属中有特发性癫痫病史或使用过致癫痫药物者;3)严重心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能减退者;4)意识障碍者;5)严重的认知和交流障碍等不能配合者;6)合并外伤、感染、炎症、代谢、中毒等原因引起的周围神经损伤者;7)妊娠期妇女;8)病情恶化,不能耐受磁刺激者

Exclusion criteria:

1) those who have magnetic stimulation contraindications such as cardiac pacemaker implantation, intracranial metal implantation and coronary artery stent implantation; 2) those with a history of epilepsy or first-degree relatives who have a history of idiopathic epilepsy or have used epileptogenic drugs; 3) those with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 4) those with disturbance of consciousness; 5) those with severe cognitive and communication disorders. 6) patients with peripheral nerve injury caused by trauma, infection, inflammation, metabolism and poisoning; 7) pregnant women; 8) those whose condition worsened and could not tolerate magnetic stimulation.
