数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由研究者填写病例报告表，每位入选病例必须完成病例报告表。完成的病例报告表由监查员审查后，进行数据录入与管理工作，数据移交后病例报告表的内容不再做修改。由数据管理员对数据库进行锁定，锁定后的数据库或文件一般情况下不得再做改动。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case report forms of all cases were completed by clinical researchers, reviewed by the auditors. After data entry, the case report forms could not be altered, and the database was locked by a data manager. The locked database or file could not be changed in general.
