积极应对我国人口老龄化问题，完善老年人健康支撑体系，驱动康复模式变革，建立队列阐明中国社区居住老年人衰老轨迹和变化特点规律（以运动、认知功能变化为主）并精准预警。

Objectives of Study：

Actively addressing the challenges of population aging in China, improving the support system for the health of the elderly, driving the transformation of rehabilitation models, establishing cohorts to elucidate the trajectories and characteristics of aging among community-dwelling older adults in China (focusing on changes in motor and cognitive functions), and enabling precise early warning.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1．严重认知障碍完全无法理解试验内容进行知情同意者； 2．存在活动性出血、严重感染、严重心肺功能不全、肾功能衰竭等病情不稳定者； 3．研究参与者存在无法完成常规运动的严重身体残疾; 4．正在参与其它临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe cognitive impairment who are completely unable to understand the content of the experiment and give informed consent; 2. Patients with unstable conditions such as active bleeding, severe infection, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and renal failure; 3. Study participants have a severe physical disability that prevents them from completing regular exercise; 4. Participating in other clinical studies
