研究目的：

（1）通过系统的文献回顾和专家函询法构建适用于胎儿丢失女性的正念干预方案。 （2）验证正念干预方案在胎儿丢失女性创伤后应激、情绪觉察和创伤后成长中的应用效果，为开展此类人群的心理干预措施提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct the mindfulness intervention program for women with fetal loss via the systematic review and expert consultation. (2) To explore the effects of the mindfulness intervention program for women with fetal loss and provide the reference for mental intervention among those population, using post-traumatic growth as primary outcome indicator and post-traumatic stress symptoms and mindful awareness as secondary outcome indicators.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)有听力障碍、表达障碍者，对问卷理解困难，无法配合完成； (2)患有严重精神疾患（包括精神分裂症、躁狂症、重度抑郁症、焦虑障碍和其他精神病性障碍）； (3)研究过程中出现严重身心问题无法进行本研究； (4)近期内接受过相关心理治疗或咨询。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) having hearing or expression disorders and having difficulties understanding the questionnaire and are unable to cooperate in completing it; (2) having serious mental disorders, including Schizophrenia, mania, severe depression, anxiety disorder, and other mental disorders; (3) having serious somatopsychic illness during the study and be unable to continue the study; (4) participating in mental treatment or psychological counseling programs in recent period.

The questionnaires were distributed to participants via face-to-face or WeChat, including a socio-demographic questionnaire, the Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R), the Chinese version of the Post-traumatic Growth Inventory (C-PTGI) and the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire-Short Form (FFMQ-SF).
