研究目的：

本研究拟通过对检测发现丙肝抗体阳性的病例进行追踪，开展全流程规范化管理，促进病例丙肝病毒核酸和基因分型检测，及时接受治疗并达到治愈的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to track the cases with hepatitis C antibody positive, carry out standardized management of the case, promote the detection of hepatitis C virus nucleic acid and genotyping, receive timely treatment, and achieve the purpose of cure.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往核酸检测阳性； 已在疫情监测系统中报告过的病例； 曾经接受过丙肝抗病毒治疗； 已知或怀疑肝细胞癌； 疑难复杂病例，如失代偿期肝硬化、终末期肾病等无法在县医院接受治疗的病例； 已妊娠患者； 外籍，港澳台患者； 患有严重的精神或其他疾病，不能配合治疗或拒绝参加研究。 其他原因无法接受丙肝抗病毒治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Have received hepatitis C antiviral therapy; Known or suspected hepatocellular carcinoma; Previous nucleic acid test positive; Cases already reported in the epidemic surveillance system; Have received hepatitis C antiviral therapy; Known or suspected hepatocellular carcinoma; Difficult and complex cases, such as decompensated cirrhosis, end-stage renal disease and other cases that cannot be treated in county hospitals; Pregnant patients; Foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan patients; Severe mental or other illness, inability to cooperate with treatment or refusal to participate in the study. Other reasons for not receiving hepatitis C antiviral therapy.
