研究目的：

（1）在积极老龄化视域下，构建以健康素养为突破口，社会参与为催化剂，内在能力为着力点的随迁老人健康促进方案。（2）在社区随迁老人中开展健康促进方案，并在实验过程中动态优化，以寻求实现随迁老人健康促进、社会参与、积极老龄化的最优路径。

Objectives of Study：

(1)In the context of active aging, we aim to develop a health promotion program for elderly migrants that focuses on enhancing health literacy, fostering social participation, and empowering intrinsic capabilities. (2)We will implement this health promotion initiative within communities of elderly migrants, dynamically adjusting and optimizing it during the experimental phase to seek the most effective pathway towards promoting their health, enhancing social engagement, and facilitating active aging.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有严重视听力和言语功能障碍；（2）有严重精神障碍或严重认知功能缺陷；（3）在本研究实施前6个月内接受其他干预。

(1) Severe visual or hearing impairments and speech disabilities; (2) Severe mental disorders or significant cognitive impairments; (3) Received other interventions within the six months prior to the implementation of this study.

采用整群抽样法，由研究员抽取湖州市吴兴区2-4个条件相当的社区为研究地点。通过随机抽签法，确定1-2个社区为干预组，另1-2个社区为对照组。应用便利抽样法法，在各组符合纳排标准的随迁老年群体中各抽取32例为研究对象。

Using cluster sampling, researchers selected 2-4 comparable communities in Wuxing District, Huzhou City as study sites. Through random drawing, 1-2 communities were designated as the intervention group, while another 1-2 communities served as the control group. Convenience sampling was employed to select 32 participants from each group who met the inclusion criteria among the elderly migrant population.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	研究者本人及4名老年护理方向研究生参与干预方案的资料收集工作。分别在干预前进行基线调查（T0），干预结束当天进行干预效果评估（T1），干预结束1个月后进行维持效果评价（T2）。对于主观测量指标如问卷的填写，由研究成员对随迁老人进行逐个条目的问询并填写问卷。调查问卷进行统一编码，数据的编码与录入需双人反复核对验证，剔除有明显逻辑错误的问卷。采用EpiData3.1建立数据库，并随时以10％的比例进行录入问卷的抽查复核，及时发现错误并核对纠正。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The researcher herself and four graduate students majoring in elderly care participated in data collection for the intervention program. Baseline assessments (T0) were conducted before the intervention, intervention effects were assessed on the day of intervention completion (T1), and maintenance effects were evaluated one month after the intervention (T2). For subjective measurements such as questionnaire completion, research members interviewed elderly migrants individually for each item and filled out the questionnaire accordingly. The survey questionnaires were uniformly coded, and data encoding and entry required double-checking by two individuals to ensure accuracy, with questionnaires showing significant logical errors being excluded. A database was established using EpiData3.1, and random checks were conducted on 10% of the questionnaires entered to promptly identify and correct errors.
