研究目的：

通过对比治疗组及对照组两组治疗后的细胞外水分含量、尿蛋白定量、PLA2R滴度等指标，评估运用肾病康复丸温阳利水法对于脾肾阳虚证膜性肾病细胞外液的影响，进一步评价对于成人脾肾阳虚证膜性肾病的疗效及预后的影响；通过病史、体格检查、实验室检查，收集一般资料、临床资料，了解成人膜性肾病的发病率、好发年龄、危险因素及影响疾病发生发展的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the extracellular water content, urine protein quantification and PLA2R titer of the two groups after treatment between the treatment group and the control group, the effect of the renal disease rehabilitation pill Wenyang Lishui method on the extracellular fluid of membranous nephropathy with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was evaluated, and the effect on the efficacy and prognosis of membranous nephropathy with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was further evaluated.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.为自身免疫性疾病(如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎等)、感染性疾病(如乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎等)、恶性疾病(如肺癌、霍奇金淋巴瘤等)、药物或毒物(如金、青霉胺等)和其他原因(如糖尿病、原发性胆汁性肝硬化、系统性肥大细胞增多症等) 导致的继发性膜性肾病； （2）血清PLA2R抗体阴性（间接免疫荧光试验法）； （3）年龄＜18岁、年龄＞80岁，妊娠期妇女、妊娠或哺乳期妇女及过敏体质者； （4）伴感染、血栓、急性肾损伤等并发症； （5）3个月内有脑血管意外及后遗症、颅脑手术、颅内占位病史； （6）有焦虑、抑郁和其他精神障碍及长期药物滥用史、酗酒史； （7）神志不清，精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary membranous nephropathy caused by autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.), infectious diseases (such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, etc.), malignant diseases (such as lung cancer, Hodgkin lymphoma, etc.), drugs or poisons (such as gold, penicillamine, etc.) and other reasons (such as diabetes, primary biliary cirrhosis, systemic mastocytosis, etc.); 2. Serum PLA2R antibody negative (indirect immunofluorescence assay); 3. Age < 18 years old, age > 80 years old, pregnant women, pregnant or lactating women and people with allergies; 4. Complications such as infection, thrombosis, and acute kidney injury; 5. History of cerebrovascular accident and sequelae, cranial surgery, and intracranial mass within 3 months; 6. Have a history of anxiety, depression and other mental disorders, long-term drug abuse, and alcoholism; 7. Delirious, mentally ill.
