研究目的：

1.通过对淋巴瘤患者诊疗全疗程证候要素、微生物组表型、影像组学的动态监测和分析，筛选鉴定出淋巴瘤中西医结合诊断分层、风险预警及预后监测模型的证候要素、微生物组表型及影像组学参数； 2.发现微生物组表型、影像组学与证候要素“辨病-表型-组学-辨证”的关键连接点，明确有密切关联的证候要素、微生物组表型及影像组学特征，从微观辨证角度阐明证候演变分子生物病机的理论基础； 3.基于机器学习和复杂生物信息学分析构建淋巴瘤中西医结合诊断分层、风险预警、疗效评估及预后动态监测模型；通过模型校验，优化其区分效能；为淋巴瘤中西医结合精准分层诊疗及全程管理提供新思路。

Objectives of Study：

1. Through dynamic monitoring and analysis of the syndrome elements, microbiome phenotype and imaging parameters of the syndrome elements, microbiome phenotype and imaging parameters of the diagnosis stratification, risk warning and prognosis monitoring model of lymphoma integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2. The key connection points of microbiome phenotype, imaging and syndrome elements of "disease differentiation - phenotypic - omics - syndrome differentiation" were discovered, the closely related syndrome elements, microbiome phenotype and imaging characteristics were identified, and the theoretical basis of molecular biological pathogenesis of syndrome evolution was expounded from the perspective of microscopic syndrome differentiation; 3. Based on machine learning and complex bioinformatics analysis, a hierarchical diagnosis, risk warning, efficacy evaluation and dynamic prognosis monitoring model for lymphoma integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was constructed; Through model verification, the differentiation efficiency is optimized. It provides a new idea for the accurate stratified diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the whole process management.

排除标准：

①患糖尿病、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病或其他感染性疾病； ②合并其他肿瘤者； ③精神疾病患者； ④药物滥用者； ⑤暴饮暴食、绝食等进食障碍者； ⑥妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

①Diabetes, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or other infectious diseases; ② Patients with other tumors; ③ Patients with mental illness; ④ Drug abusers; ⑤ Overeating, hunger strike and other eating disorders; ⑥ Pregnant or lactating women;
