研究目的：

本课题通过确定颅脑损伤合并四肢骨折及单纯四肢骨折患者骨痂形成速度以及性质差别，探究胶质淋巴系统循环功能变化与四肢骨折合并颅脑外伤后骨痂形成加快之间的关联性，为临床预防和治疗四肢骨折合并颅脑外伤后异位骨化形成提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

By determining the speed and nature of callus formation in patients with traumatic brain injury combined with limb fracture and simple limb fracture, this study explored the correlation between changes in glial lymphatic system circulatory function and accelerated callus formation after limb fracture combined with traumatic brain injury, providing new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of ectopic ossiosis after limb fracture combined with traumatic brain injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组： 1.外伤近期(<1个月)合并慢性严重感染或炎症入院治疗的患者； 2.缺血性心脏病、严重脑血管疾病、肝肾疾病； 3.最近(<1个月)使用抗生素或消炎药； 4.临床资料不完整的患者。 对照组： 1.外伤近期(<1个月)合并慢性严重感染或炎症入院治疗的患者； 2.缺血性心脏病、脑血管疾病、肝肾疾病； 3.最近(<1个月)使用抗生素或消炎药； 4.临床资料不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Case group: 1. Patients who were admitted for treatment due to recent (less than 1 month) trauma combined with chronic severe infection or inflammation; 2. Patients with ischemic heart disease, severe cerebrovascular disease, liver or kidney diseases; 3. Patients who have recently (less than 1 month) used antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data. Control group: 1. Patients who were admitted for treatment due to recent (less than 1 month) trauma combined with chronic severe infection or inflammation; 2. Patients with ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver or kidney diseases; 3. Patients who have recently (less than 1 month) used antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs; 4.
