研究目的：

（1）通过观察布比卡因脂质体行胸横肌平面阻滞在胸骨劈开的心脏手术术后镇痛的疗效和安全性，明确其镇痛效果是否优于罗哌卡因用于这类手术的术后镇痛。 （2）探讨布比卡因脂质体行区域阻滞是否能加速患者康复进程。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To observe the efficacy and safety of transversus thoracic plane block with bupivacaine liposome for postoperative analgesia in cardiac surgery with sternotomy, and to determine whether bupivacaine liposome is superior to ropivacaine for postoperative analgesia in this type of surgery. (2) To investigate whether regional block with bupivacaine liposome can accelerate the recovery process of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：(1)拒绝签署TTP阻滞同意书者；(2)术后发生出血过多需行二次手术止血者；(3)苏醒延迟、苏醒困难者（术后48h Steward评分＜３分）；(4)因肺部感染、急性呼吸窘迫综合征需后续治疗或需术后体外膜肺氧合（Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO）支持治疗暂不能拔除气管导管者；(5)既往有局部麻醉药物过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) refusal to sign the TTP block consent form; (2) excessive postoperative bleeding requiring reoperation to stop bleeding; (3) patients with delayed recovery and difficult recovery (Steward score < 3 at 48 hours after operation); (4) Unable to extubate temporarily due to pulmonary infection, acute respiratory distress syndrome requiring subsequent treatment or Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support after operation; (5) patients with a history of allergy to local anesthetics.
