药物成份或治疗方案详述: |
干预前准备:进行头皮处理后,根据个体化方案模拟的结果固定电极,并测试阻抗。20分钟刺激中,电流强度为2mA,刺激频率△f=130Hz。对照条件实施主动假刺激(active sham)。所有刺激开始和结束阶段有30秒的缓升与缓降过程,以减小电流快速变化造成的不适。 |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
Pre-stimulation preparation: After scalp treatment, the electrodes are fixed according to the individualized simulation protocol, and electrical resistance is tested. During the 20-minute stimulation, the current intensity is 2mA. The frequency (△f) of stimulation is 130Hz. For the control condition, active sham stimulation is implemented with the same parameters as TI stimulation. There is a 30-second ramp-up and ramp-down period at the beginning and end of all stimulations to minimize discomfort caused by current intensity changes. |

(1)存在其他影响实验的神经系统疾病;(2)轻度以上认知障碍(MoCA≤23);(3)可能影响步态或平衡的骨科或其他健康状况;(4)幽闭恐惧症等不适宜核磁扫描的禁忌症;(5)有服用抗精神病药物、抗抑郁药物或其他可能影响多巴胺水平的药物史者;(6)其他严重精神病史;(7)头部或心脏有金属植入物;(8)有电休克史;(9)正在参与其他步态与平衡相关干预训练;(10)医生诊断的具有心血管运动危险因素。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
(1) Presence of other central neurological disease affecting the experiment; (2) Mild or greater cognitive impairment, as indicated by a MoCA score of ≤23; (3) Orthopedic or other health conditions that may affect gait or balance; (4) MRI contraindications such as claustrophobia; (5) A history of antipsychotic medication, antidepressant medication, or other medications that may affect dopamine levels; (6) History of antipsychotic, antidepressants, or other medication usage that may affect dopamine levels, or a history of other severe psychiatric illnesses; (7) Metal implants in the head or heart; (8) A history of electroshock; (9) Ongoing participation in other gait and balance-related interventions; (10) Physician-diagnosed risk factors for cardiovascular exercise. |

A random number generator software is used to generate a random sequence of visits corresponding to 1 and 2, to specify the group of subjects, specifying 1 as the experimental-control group and 2 as the control-experimental group. Random numbers are generated according to the sequence of subjects' visits. The number and grouping result of each participant are recorded and kept by a member of the research group who does not participate in the experiment operation. |

为减少主观偏倚和心理效应等的影响,提高研究的客观性与可信度,本实验为随机交叉双盲研究设计。本实验采用相位干涉电场(temporal interference, TI)刺激进行干预,为减少刺激类型产生的偏倚,对照条件实施主动假刺激(active sham),主动假刺激采用与真刺激相同的参数。干预类型由一名单独指派的课题组成员A在其他成员回避的情况下进行设置。成员A不参与任何其他信息记录、数据采集、数据分析等工作,避免在数据收集和评价过程中透露分组信息。干预结束后,由另一名不知情成员询问刺激类型并记录,以验证由刺激感受造成的效应是否影响盲效。在数据处理过程中,数据处理人员不知晓分组信息,只根据受试者编号进行数据分类、处理等工作。 |

Blinding: |
To reduce the influence of subjective bias and psychological effects, and improve the objectivity and credibility of this study, a random, cross-over, and double-blind study design is used in our experiment. In this experiment, temporal interference (TI) stimulation is used. To reduce the bias caused by the stimulation types, active sham stimulation is implemented with the same parameters as TI stimulation for the control condition. The stimulation is set by a designated member A in the absence of other members, Member A shall not engage in any other information recording, data collection, or data analysis. Following the intervention, another designated member will ask and record the stimulation type presented to verify whether the effect of stimulation perception affects the blinding effects. During data processing, the members responsible for data processing are not unaware of the grouping information and only classify and process the data according to the number of participants. |
