研究目的：

采用铋剂四联联合荆花胃康胶丸治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性消化不良初治患者，观察H.pylori根除率、临床症状及胃内炎症的改善情况，探讨中西药联合对H.pylori阳性消化不良的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Jinghua Weikang capsule combined with quadruple therapy containing bismuth in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) positive dyspepsia. Observing the H.pylori eradication rate, clinical symptoms and gastric inflammation improvement, discuss the treatment of combination of the Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for H.pylori positive dyspepsia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）年龄小于18或大于60岁；（2）怀孕、哺乳期或无法配合者；（3）有严重的高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等内科疾病者；（4）曾有重大的或复杂的胃肠道手术史者；（5）有相关药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnancy, lactation or uncooperative patients;
(2) Have severe hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and other internal diseases;
(3) Previous gastrointestinal surgery;
(4) Have history of drug allergy.
