研究目的：

本研究旨在通过佩戴虚拟现实设备增强患儿进入手术室的趣味性以减少患儿的术前焦虑，提升患儿围术期配合度，促进舒适化医疗，加快速后康复。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to reduce preoperative anxiety, improve perioperative cooperation, promote comfortable medical treatment, and accelerate postoperative recovery by wearing a VirtualReality (VR) device that enhances the fun of children entering the operating room.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、麻醉诱导后发现无法预估的困难气道； 2、术前24h使了镇痛镇静药、镇吐药和抗瘙痒药物； 3、术前24h内体温高于38℃或伴有急性上呼吸道感染症状的患儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1Unpredictable difficult airway was found after induction of anesthesia; 2Analgesic and sedative drugs, antiemetic drugs and antipruritic drugs were made in the 24h before the operation; 3Children with body temperature higher than 38°C or with symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract infection in the 24h prior to surgery;
