研究目的：

通过唇腭裂专病队列平台的建立，收集大样本唇腭裂患儿的临床诊疗数据，研究该疾病发病及预后相关因素，并在此基础上通过生物标本进一步研究其发病相关机制、明确分型、创建唇腭裂序列治疗新的辅助疗法、减轻患者术后不适并增加唇腭裂患者植骨术的成功率、促进患儿面容的恢复及改善进食情况，提高患儿心理健康水平及生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the establishment of the platform of cleft lip and(or) palate,get the data of clinical diagnosis and treatment in large samples.To study the pathogenesis and prognosis related factors, and on this basis, through the pathogenesis of the disease is further studied through biological specimens, clear classification, create new sequence treatments with new adjuvant therapies, alleviate discomfort of the postoperative patients, and increase the success rate of bone grafts in patients with cleft lip and (or) palate, promote the recovery of the children's faces and improve eating habits situation, improve the level of children with mental health and quality of life.
