比较参与不同运动模式的老年 T2D 患者在认知功能表现的差异，为后续研究进行纵向干预提供数据基础  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the differences in cognitive function performance of elderly T2D patients participating in different exercise modes, and to provide a data basis for longitudinal intervention in follow-up studies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①神经系统疾病（短暂性脑缺血发作、脑卒中、帕金森病、 癫痫、中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病与变性疾病、肿瘤等）； ②精神疾病（抑郁、焦虑等）； ③烟、酒及精神药物滥用史者； ④长期服用影响认知功能的药物（如苯二氮卓类药物等）； ⑤甲状腺疾病史； ⑥肝或肾功能不全； ⑦视觉感觉障碍； ⑧一氧化碳中毒病史。

Exclusion criteria：

① Nervous system diseases ( transient ischemic attack, stroke, Parkinson 's disease, epilepsy, central nervous system demyelinating diseases and degenerative diseases, tumors, etc. ) ; ② Mental illness ( depression, anxiety, etc. ) ; ③ History of abuse of tobacco, alcohol and psychotropic drugs ; ④ Long-term use of drugs that affect cognitive function ( such as benzodiazepines ) ; ⑤ History of thyroid disease ; ⑥ Liver or renal insufficiency ; ⑦ Lisual sensory impairment ; ⑧ History of carbon monoxide poisoning.
