研究目的：

(1)探明肺结核患者呼气中分支菌酸过氧化衍生物成分及其产生机制。 (2)从分枝菌酸过氧化衍生物中筛选出潜在的肺结核标志物，验证其敏感度和特异度，并训练纳米传感器识别此肺结核标志物，以建立一 种新型、简便、经济的肺结核临床诊断方法。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Investigate the peroxided derivatives of mycolic acid and their produce mechanism in exhaled breath of pulmonary tuberculosis patients; (2) Find latent bio-markers for pulmonary tuberculosis from peroxided derivatives of mycolic acid; calculate their sensitivities and specificities; train the nano-sensor to detect the biomarkers to establish a new, easy, cheap diagnostic method for pulmonary tuberculosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

已使用抗结核药物者；陈旧性肺结核者；处于肺结核稳定期者；已经手术、放疗、化疗治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients have used antituberculosis drugs; old TB; stable stage of pulmonary tuberculosis; patients have received surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
